Some more resources on the output of a warehouse. Gif at the top of this guide - the conveyor is connected to a single sawmill,Īnd there is about two logs' worth of room between every log on it.Ī warehouse connector output doesn't saturate a conveyor! You can still fit Three resource mines saturate one conveyor. Holding exactly 0 resources, and instead immediately outputting everything that Isn't yet completely full, all the warehouses on the way to it should be Should be filling up from the outermost ones inward. That's the first rule of conveyor abuse: keep your end nodes saturated, andĮxpand intermediate nodes to avoid bottlenecks. Unnecessary, or you need to build another output. Saturated inputs but only one output, then either one of the inputs is Node to stop it from hurting your efficiency. Node isn't, you've got a bottleneck, and will have to expand the intermediate Saturation! On the other hand, if an intermediate node is saturated but the end You should keep every end node of your conveyor network at Receives resources at a rate equal or higher to the rate it consumes or Saturation - a node in a conveyor network is saturated when it Let's start with the fundamental definition we'll need for our conveyor I find them incredibly fun, and I've gotten kinda burnt out on trains The AI may be having a good time, but certainly not me.Some say conveyors are the most boring way to move resources around in Voxel Not one of those games that is a mobile game with auto-play. I just want to play TTD with better graphics. You guessed it: it's slow and buggy as hell. ![]() Perhaps it's in one of my trucks, which got stuck in a non-existent loop on its way to a city. I'm still looking for some entertainment in this game. The "factorio" concept could have been awesome if it hadn't taken decades to conduct a single research and produce the necessary resources.Īnd then you wait again. Is there something I'm missing? Or is it just annoying af? Everything is in order, and it is supposed to connect all you need, but nop, it's still red you're still not allowed to build here. You test every possibility, every corner, every square on the map where a railroad could be built. It's almost fine for the first three hours - despite it creating some insane curves when you just need to go straight - but as the number of trains and train stations grows, it becomes more difficult to build just a simple tunnel or a bridge. ![]() Because it was so simple to build a straight railroad on TTD, they decided to include this strange auto construction thingy. The railroad building system is the most frustrating aspect of the game, which made me uninstall it. Now, you'll have to wait for the game to decide whether or not it's okay to build a new factory in the nearest city. So you wasted an hour of your time waiting for money for nothing. Oh wait, it's too late the factory you planned to connect it to has gone bankrupt. You simply wait for your trucks to earn 0.0000001$ per hour until you have sufficient funds to build a train station. You start with ONE mining source that takes hours to extract the resources needed to send to a maximum of three cities in a locked map area. You were watching one zone of the map, planning routes for later, and working at a furious pace. Remember when you used to spend hours on a map connecting two factories, finding a good spot along the way, then building a second train station for later, and so on? You had to react fast because the AI was on your back and stealing all your passengers and/or goods. I went through most of the positive reviews and decided it might be a good idea to give this game a shot. I was looking for a game similar to OpenTTD but with new graphics while keeping the original concept. I really want to like this game, but I can't.
